Attainment in reading, writing and mathematics in Key Stage 2 at Briary
79% of our Year 6 children reached the expected score in reading, writing and mathematics in 2018, 14% higher than National levels and 11% higher than the average for Kent schools.
Individual subject results again show an uplift on last year and compare favourably with National outcomes. In reading, Key Stage 2 attainment of the expected standard and of the high standard was significantly above national and in the highest 20% of all schools in 2019 as well as in 2018. This was also true of mathematics in 2019.
