Personal Development Behaviour and Welfare

The pastoral support team work with some of the more challenging children to improve their adaption to the structured learning environment. The development of the team has been influential in reducing the need for exclusions. In the year 2014-15, 17 children were excluded; in 2015-165, this figure was reduced to 8 and in 2016-17 5 children had fixed-term exclusions.
